It’s so funny, it really is like a teenage appropriate Bridget Jones.

I absolutely loved this series when I read it a few years ago. Yes, it was a bit stupid, no, one couldn’t really call it a book but I absolutely loved it and I can’t wait to read the next ones. Of course, she isn’t so sure just yet. Her cat, Angus (the size of a smalllabrador), is terrorizing the neighborhood. Paperback. 5, This title presents the brilliantly funny final no…. She has no patience for her little sister and she considers her parents to be an annoyance. Looking back now I'm not sure I would enjoy the books to the same extent as I would say they're definitely for young teens but I loved following the story and the ending was fantastic, it had me crying. Georgia is a riot, kind of a Bridget Jones for the teen set.

I realized that her stupid antics and enormous ego are meant for comedy, but there was literally nothing endearing about her. Her main characteristic is how headstrong she is. So she is less than enthused to discover that she now has a spot under the skin of her nose, one that will probably plague her for the next two years. But there were a lot of laughs in this book for teens and adults alike. I love anything having to do with England, so I wanted to read all these Georgia Nicolson books. I absolutely love Georgia and her adventures and really wish there was more books in the series. Georgia also acts like quite the bully towards some of her friends. For example, they let us know which features and sections are most popular. Georgia in the beinging  lilly, vatii and mutt is away at granddad lunch and how she told vati that could go cause that in the morning she couldn't eat cause and was was unable to due to the fact of heartbreak. The first novel in this series won the Nestle Smarties Book Prize (Bronze) in 1999.

the language she uses is language I never used and the kids I work with don't use...it did seem like upper-middle class slang to be honest.
