I think people tip occasionally, it's a nice thing to do, but it's not expected or terribly common so I doubt you'll hurt anyone's feelings if you feel you're punishing them by stiffing them on a tip for their 'lack' of service from your perspective.). The Oxford Factory is self service canteen in the heart of the Oxford Business Park, Cowley. There are many off street parking bays around the corner from the Jam Factory. The atmosphere is very comfortable and laid back- the type of place where you can hang out an hour or two without any judgment. Excellent banter from the waiter. Friendly staff, really tasty food.
