(e) Regular Part-time Employees shall be eligible to participate in the Hospital Pension Plan subject to the terms and conditions of the pension plan. Any new classifications that may be created in the bargaining unit shall be deemed to achieve pay equity through the application of the "revised and new classifications" clause of the Collective Agreement, Article 22.06. (b) Both the Hospital and the Union recognize their joint responsibility and commitment to provide, and to participate in, in-service education. Where the Hospital authorizes the Employee to attend recertification training within her regularly scheduled working hours, the Employee shall suffer no loss of regular pay.

7.08 The Hospital agrees to make the current copy of the collective agreement in effect between the parties available on the Hospital’s intranet (sunnynet.ca). An Employee called in to work on a paid holiday shall be paid in accordance with Article 17.02(c) in addition to any holiday pay for which she may have otherwise qualified had she not worked. Employees may switch with each other with the prior approval of management. When a new classification (which is covered by the terms of this collective agreement) is established by the Hospital, the Hospital shall determine the rate of pay for such new classification and notify the local Union of the same. 16.05 (a) There shall be two (2) fifteen (15) minute paid rest breaks in each normal daily shift, one during each half (½) tour. Regular part-time Employees who are regularly scheduled to work twenty-one (21) or more hours per week shall receive prorated vacation with pay as provided under Article 19.01 at her straight time rate based on the ratio of her regular scheduled weekly hours worked to thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours per week. 18.05 When a paid holiday falls within an Employee’s vacation period it shall be added to her vacation or scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
